President Bush has mentioned that he might lift the Executive order on off shore drilling. Now instead of immediately helping Americans, he's playing games with Congress. Bush said he'll lift the Executive order if Congress moves first and lifts their own ban on drilling. Fat chance with a Democratic Congress. Why can't Bush just do something good for America and authorize drilling.
